Congratulations to the BBC women on the strong performances in Hoover on Saturday!
The finish of the women's 3/4 race was awesome with Beth outsprinting the
competition for 1st place and Maaike sprinting for 3rd.

Elizabeth finished strong in the elite women's race with a monster effort, outsprinting all
but one other woman in the pack.

BooKoo women take 1st and 3rd in Camp Partlow Duathlon

Justin Ladner wins Camp Partlow Duathlon
Justin Ladner was the overall male winner at the recent 11th annual Camp Partlow Duathlon at Lake Lurleen State Park.
Ladner competed the course, which included a 2-mile run, a 20-mile bike ride and another 2-mile run, in 1:31.58. Heather Ladd was the overall female winner, finishing in 1:35.59.
Alex Woodward (1:21:36) was second in the male division, followed by Kendrick Gibson (1:22.26) in third. Emily Hulse (1:38.49) was second in the women’s division, with Meridith Grimsley (1:40.44) in third.
Age-group winners were Rachel Eubanks in female 25-29, Stephanie Wilkins in female 35-39, Carol Moore-Smith in female 50-54, Jay Meseroy in male 15-19, William Ansick in male 20-24, Darrel Williams in male 25-29, Jim Hamner in male 30-34, Erik Wilson in male 35-39, Jon Gilbert in male 40-44, Bill Christenberry in male 45-49, Thomas Struthwolf in male 50-54 and Richard Snow in male 60-over.
Among coed teams, Steve Polland and Gina Miller won in 1:32.06. Ben Weaver and Paul Weaver on the male teams division in 1:21.03.
BooKoo women deliver the 1-2-3-4 in Ride to Live races

The BooKoo women take home another day of big wins at the Ride to Live circuit races at Barber Motorsports Park on March 22nd. In the women's 4 race, former collegiate track star Katie Curtis (in her SECOND bike race ever!) breaks away on the final lap and maintains a solid lead for the win, and Beth Santoro takes 3rd place in the sprint to the line. In the women's 1/2/3 race, Elizabeth Fox takes 2nd with a long sprint to the line and Maaike Everts finishes 4th. Good work and congratulations, BooKoo ladies!
